Returns and refunds

  • Refunds are typically not offered unless there’s an uncommon issue, such as an incorrect item or size being delivered.

 

  • Exchanges are accepted with a 5% processing fee. Exchanges MUST meet the following criteria: No holes, stains, & ripped tags, damaged clothing. If our criteria isn’t met, the item will be returned to sender.

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. If there is a problem with the merchandise that was sent we will issue store credit. .

PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for damages that occur once the price tag is removed, if item was worn, and after washing the item.
